How to file a complaint with CySEC?

If you have a dispute with a broker regulated by CySEC, here is the complaint path. Gather your evidence first (deposit/withdrawal records, trade history, support transcripts), then follow the process below.

  1. Contact the broker directly first, demand a written reply within 7 days
  2. If unresolved, file a formal complaint with CySEC directly (www.cysec.gov.cy ↗)
  3. Keep all communication and evidence for potential arbitration
