Exness · Orders, quotes and payments · Checked 10 October 2026

Check what happened to the instruction, not just the chart

An order can be requoted, filled at a different price, cancelled or rejected for a different reason. A public tick archive can help investigate, but it is not your account's server log. Start with the legal company, account settings and exact transaction before treating an execution or withdrawal headline as a guarantee.

Scope: the international English site, current English help articles and selected Seychelles documents, with a limited official check of the separate UK company. English is a website language, not proof of UK retail availability. No account, order, automated strategy or payment was tested.

The historical 82 score and protection inputs have not been fully reassessed. They do not certify your agreement, current execution or compensation eligibility.

The UK record does not identify every international account

The actual FCA record identifies Exness (UK) Ltd, FRN 730729, company number 08861481, as Authorised since 1 September 2016. Its website is exness.uk. The record says it can hold and control client money, subject to requirements. This confirms limited UK identity and displayed status; it does not make an account with a different group company a UK account.

The company's regulation page says its UK and Cyprus firms do not offer trading services to retail clients. The international homepage lists other companies and excludes residents of several jurisdictions, including the UK, Europe and the USA. Do not infer eligibility from access to an English page or from choosing an account named Pro.

The legal catalogue separates Seychelles, Curaçao, BVI and Forexite agreements. Its July 2026 announcement describes updated client agreements; that does not mean every linked business-terms document has the same date. Match the company and accepted version to your account before using an execution, payment or complaint clause.

Save the contracting name and jurisdiction, account number, platform, server and base currency. Ask which current product permission and resident restrictions apply. Full group permissions and your personal onboarding eligibility remain unverified.

Read the configured execution, not only the account name

The execution page distinguishes instant execution, which requests a price or a new quote, from market execution at the price available during processing. Its precision comparison uses particular instruments, account types and an earlier measurement period. The footnote expressly allows delays and slippage; it is not a current performance test for your order.

The current Pro help article describes both execution choices, with market execution limited to certain account currencies: USD, JPY, THB, CNY, IDR and VND. Crypto uses market execution. The general Pro product table is therefore not enough to identify the configured behaviour of every instrument and account.

The order-types guide says MT4 displays “Instant” even when the actual choice in Personal Area or Exness Trade is different. Check the saved setting and instrument conditions before interpreting the terminal label.

  1. Record the setting before the event. Keep the account type, currency, exact instrument and selected execution mode. A later setting is not proof of what applied earlier.
  2. Separate request from acceptance. Keep the requested price, any requote and the price you approved, together with the final trade record.
  3. Compare the right event. Opening, closing, modifying a pending order and triggering a stop are different instructions. An order number alone may not describe the entire sequence.

The account name “Professional” is a product category on the international site. It is not by itself a confirmation of regulatory professional-client classification or UK retail access. Obtain the actual agreement and classification rather than importing another country's protections.

A pending order can fail before any position exists

The slippage-rule article describes a comparison between the requested price and the market price at execution. Below the applicable range it describes the requested price; at or above the range it describes market-price execution. Ranges can change with market conditions and activity, affecting existing as well as new pending orders. This is not a fixed guaranteed-stop distance.

Use the actual status and error; these are investigation routes, not diagnoses of your account
What is recorded? What the company describesUseful evidence
RequoteA changed quote offered during instant execution, requiring the relevant approval.Requested and offered prices, deviation setting, approval and final outcome.
Cancelled pending orderThe pending-order help page distinguishes client cancellation and expiry.Order creation, expiry time and any cancellation instruction.
Deleted pending orderThe same help page describes insufficient funds or low leverage as possible causes.Available margin and applicable requirements when activation was attempted.
canceled/gap or SL violatedGap execution and the relationship between activation and SL/TP can prevent execution.Order direction, activation price, SL/TP levels and the full error message.

The pending-order failure guide explains these distinct outcomes. Preserve the actual label rather than treating every missing position as a broker rejection. A chart touching a level does not establish which price side triggered the order, whether it had expired, or whether margin was sufficient.

For investigation, write the timeline in order: instruction submitted, server acceptance, quote or gap, attempted activation, error or fill, and any later modification. Ask support to identify the applicable rule and server event. Do not recreate the situation by placing additional live orders solely to prove a point.

Public tick data is a reference, not your server's exact replay

The public tick page provides bid and ask archives by instrument and period, but labels them indicative. It also explains account suffixes: for example, XAUUSD and XAUUSDm are not interchangeable identifiers. Copy the exact symbol from the trade record before choosing a reference file.

The tick-history help article identifies source servers: MT4 Real 1 for Standard Cent, Standard and Pro; Real 3 for Zero; Real 9 for Raw Spread. It says a user cannot specify a trading server and small timing differences can exist. An archive timestamp should therefore be compared with the account record, not treated as conclusive proof of every fill.

Build a comparison that another person can reproduce

  1. Identify the side. The order guide distinguishes buy opening at ask and closing at bid, with sell opening at bid and closing at ask. A single chart line can miss the other side.
  2. Preserve the time basis. Record the terminal/server time and the reference file's timestamp convention. Do not silently compare a local-clock screenshot with a differently timed archive.
  3. Keep the original record. Retain the file name, symbol, relevant rows, requested price, fill and journal entries. Separate a displayed price from a submitted request or server-confirmed trade.

The Seychelles General Business Terms, version 12 August 2025/021, give server data, database and log records priority in complaints and exclude references to other companies' quotes. They describe synchronising a disrupted quote stream with other sources. These are company dispute provisions, not an independent finding that any particular disputed price was correct.

Ask for the event-specific explanation and preserve your own evidence. The public archive, an external chart and a screenshot answer different questions; none alone replaces the complete order trail. This review downloaded no account-specific ticks and performed no execution test.

Automatic processing is not the same as receipt at your bank

The payment page defines instant processing as automatic handling without manual intervention. It says sending or receiving time depends on the method and directs customers to their Personal Area for method-specific times, fees and limits. Its wider 24/7 and 24-hour descriptions include change and payment-system caveats; they are not a universal bank-arrival deadline.

The missing-withdrawal guide distinguishes the displayed average from the maximum expected processing time. It directs users to the withdrawal entry in Transaction history and its support route once the maximum has passed. A platform status and the receiving account's credit are separate records.

  • Before requesting: retain the method, currency, destination in your own name, amount, limits and processing range shown for your account.
  • While tracing: keep the transaction identifier, request time, successive statuses and any rejection reason. Ask whether the current wait concerns company processing, a payment provider or the receiving institution.
  • For escalation: provide the specific transaction and receiving-account evidence through the official support route. Do not publish identity documents or full payment credentials in an open forum.

The Seychelles client agreement dated 24 July 2026/039 contains identification, non-trading-operation and default-related restrictions. The General Business Terms also describe a 24-hour withdrawal restriction following the specified lost-security-access reset process. These are conditional clauses, not proof that either explains your delay. Request the exact reason before assuming an automatic queue problem or a permanent block.

This review has not checked your payment method, verification state, source-of-funds review or withdrawal result. A help-page instruction is not a promise of release or a reason to deposit additional money.

A complete dispute record is more useful than repeated messages

The Seychelles complaints policy, July 2026/09, starts with official support and allows formal escalation if dissatisfied. It states acknowledgement within two working days after successful formal submission and a response within ten working days, with written delay arrangements, a 21-working-day timeframe and a 90-business-day extension for grossly complicated cases. These describe replies and investigation, not a guaranteed refund.

Submit one coherent chronology with the contracting company, account, affected transactions, what you requested, what the system recorded, the alleged discrepancy and the resolution sought. Keep the reference and written final response. Different group companies have their own procedures; this Seychelles document is not the UK company's complaint policy.

The Financial Commission's member page shows active membership. It is a separate dispute organisation, not an FCA licence or a national deposit scheme. Its process specifies an incident-based 45-day filing window, first trying the member, and referral if dissatisfied or unresolved within 14 days. Do not assume the company's longer investigation period extends that external window; confirm your case's scope promptly.

Its fund rules apply to issued judgments left unpaid in specified circumstances, with a maximum of €20,000 per member client and exclusions. They do not cover ordinary self-directed trading losses or a failed member's entire client base. A membership entry does not establish that your product or dispute is eligible.

Questions to resolve before acting

Does MT4 displaying Instant prove how my Pro trade was executed?

No. The company says that label can remain even when a different mode is configured. Preserve the relevant setting and request the event's execution explanation.

Does a matching public tick prove my order had to fill?

No. Check the exact symbol, price side, time, order status, margin and account server. The archive is indicative and cannot select your server.

Does an instant withdrawal mean the money is already in my bank?

No. Automatic company processing and receiving-account credit are separate events. Use the method-specific range and actual transaction history.

The official UK record supports limited identity and status; company sources describe execution and service rules. All group permissions, full contract and enforcement review, personal protection, live controls, payment outcomes and the historical score remain unfinished checks.
