Global FX Broker Transparency & Rating
About fxcn · Trust

Revenue model & conflict-of-interest disclosure

fxcn is a transparent FX broker rating platform. We believe a rating body's credibility depends on where its money comes from. So we publish every revenue stream in full and invite anyone to audit it.

Non-Chinese versions of this page are machine translations for reference only; the Chinese version prevails in case of any discrepancy.
Our position is one line: ratings are not for sale, rankings are not for sale, negative reviews are never deleted for pay.

Our revenue streams

Source Description Affects ratings?
Open data API subscriptions Data API for developers, IBs, training firms and researchers, tiered by usage (Free / Starter / Pro / Enterprise) No
Institutional data & monitoring Bulk due diligence, scheduled monitoring alerts, white-label reports and other institutional services No
User premium services Membership upgrades for individuals (in-depth risk reports, price alerts, signal subscriptions, ad-free, etc.) No

None of the above has any bearing on any broker's score, ranking or traffic-light result. Paying does not raise a score; stopping does not lower one.

What we firmly do not do

  • No pay-for-rank. Brokers cannot raise their score, ranking or traffic-light tier by paying.
  • No paid review removal. Brokers cannot pay to delete, hide or suppress approved user reviews or complaints.
  • No hidden paid placements. Every commercial slot is clearly labelled and never mixed with neutral ratings.
  • No paid-for praise. We never buy or incentivise positive reviews.

These are exactly what separate us from traditional "pay to get listed" rating sites.

How we wall off conflicts of interest

To keep commercial interests from contaminating neutral ratings, we maintain a brand firewall:

  1. Algorithm separated from commerce. The scoring algorithm is open and auditable; anyone can reproduce how a score was derived, and the commercial team cannot alter any individual broker's score.
  2. One-way, source-traceable data. Ratings use only public, verifiable sources (regulator sites, official notices), and every adjustment carries a source link and timestamp.
  3. Monetisation physically separated from ratings. Any traffic/promotion business lives on a separate brand and pages, with conflicts disclosed prominently, and never mixed into neutral rating pages.
  4. Changes are logged. Every score change enters the history record (Time Machine) and can be traced.

If you find we fell short

Trust is earned through scrutiny, not declarations. If you spot anything resembling "paid ranking", "paid review removal" or an undisclosed conflict, submit it via our takedown form, or email [email protected] — we will respond publicly.

Important notice: fxcn provides informational ratings and data based on public information. It does not constitute investment advice, an account-opening recommendation, or any guarantee of a broker's safety. Verify key information such as regulatory status via the regulator's official channels. FX and derivatives carry high risk and may result in loss of capital.
