Risky platforms can copy real license numbers, logos and regulator screenshots. The reliable check is the official regulator register.
## 4-step method
1. Copy the full legal name, not only the brand.
2. Search FCA, ASIC, NFA, CySEC, MAS or FINMA registers.
3. Match domain, address, phone, authorization scope and status.
4. Save screenshots and timestamps.
## Red flags
Clone, revoked, suspended, expired or no matching website means the license is not enough evidence.
