Confirmed facts

  • The FCA first published the warning on 18 June 2020 and last updated it on 1 June 2021.
  • Domains named in the notice include ukforex-online.com, uk-forex.com and ukforex-limited.co.uk.
  • The FCA says the genuine authorised firms have no connection with the clone and explains that users would not receive the relevant complaint or compensation protection.

What the user should do

Do not use contact details supplied by the suspect website. Obtain the genuine firm phone and domain independently from the FCA Firm Checker or register, then match the contracting entity, receiving account and licence status. Do not transfer funds while any detail differs.

Scope of the finding

This page structures the FCA notice. It is not an independent FXCN finding about other similarly named firms or future domains. Clone operators may change their contact details, so consult the current official notice.

A user report or complaint never becomes a confirmed fact without independent evidence review.
