How to interpret the numbers

All 69 relationships include a legal entity, evidence URL and verification date, so this core cohort meets FXCN’s traceability threshold. A stored source URL does not guarantee unrestricted automated access and does not give every client the same protection.

Sixty-three relationships fall in FXCN Tier 1, reflecting how the core cohort was selected rather than the distribution of the global broker market. Licence count cannot replace checks of contracting entity, client location, permitted activity and compensation eligibility.

Method

The study locks the D28 rank 1–30 cohort, joins it by slug to the frozen production evidence snapshot, counts only active relationships, then measures tier, authority, identifier, entity, source and verification-date coverage.

Limitations

  • This is a single snapshot and cannot establish a trend.
  • Active describes the FXCN record at the cutoff and still requires an official-register check.
  • The 30 profiles are editorially selected and are not market-representative.
  • Restricted automated access does not make an official source invalid.
