Pip

A pip ("Percentage in Point") is the smallest price move in an FX quote. For most pairs it equals 0.0001; for JPY pairs it equals 0.01.

The pip value determines P/L per trade: 1 standard lot (100,000 units) of EUR/USD = ~$10 per pip.
