Margin

Margin = position size ÷ leverage.

Margin Level = Equity ÷ Used Margin × 100%. Hitting the broker's margin call threshold (often 100%) prompts a top-up notice; hitting the stop-out level (often 20-50%) triggers automatic liquidation.
