How to file a complaint with SBV?
If you have a dispute with a broker regulated by SBV, here is the complaint path. Gather your evidence first (deposit/withdrawal records, trade history, support transcripts), then follow the process below.
- Contact the broker directly first, demand a written reply within 7 days
- If unresolved, file a formal complaint with SBV directly (www.sbv.gov.vn ↗)
- Keep all communication and evidence for potential arbitration
